MINNEAPOLIS, Feb 11, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Net Perceptions, Inc.(R) (Nasdaq:NETP) announced today that it has engaged U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray Inc. to explore near-term strategic alternatives. The Company stated that it could not predict nor give any assurance as to the availability on acceptable terms or the timing of a transaction. However, based on the outcome of this process, it expected to determine in the near term how best to proceed to maximize shareholder value.
