Trigent and Net Perceptions Form Strategic Alliance On Personalized Web Sites; Partnership Offers Single-Source Web Solutions To Fortune 1000

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2000--Trigent Software, Inc. and Net Perceptions, Inc. (Nasdaq:NETP), a leading provider of precision merchandising and personalization software, have formed an alliance, that integrates Trigent's extensive Web development capabilities with Net Perception's ability to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Trigent offers a portfolio of best-of-breed practices and software, encompassing development, integration and management of Web applications for large enterprises and e-commerce ventures. Net Perceptions will provide training and support for Trigent's engineers in the US and India, allowing them to integrate Net Perceptions' personalization software into customers' Web content management systems.
