Net Perceptions, Inc. (Nasdaq: NETP), a leading supplier of real time
personalization solutions, today announced the pricing of its public offering
of 2,625,471 shares of the common stock at $45.25 per share. Of the total
shares offered, the Company is offering 2,000,000 shares and selling
shareholders are offering 625,471 shares.
The Company and certain selling shareholders have also given the
underwriters an option to purchase an additional 393,820 shares to cover
over-allotments, if any. Robertson Stephens, Chase H&Q, U.S. Bancorp Piper
Jaffray, Dain Rauscher Wessels and Adams, Harkness & Hill, Inc will manage the
offering.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate
purposes, including working capital. In addition, the Company also may use a
portion of the net proceeds for potential acquisitions of complementary
