Integra and Net Perceptions Form Strategic Alliance to Pioneer and Distribute Personalized Commerce Solutions Across Europe

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2000--Integra (IEA NM or INTG NM) Europe's leading provider of managed Web hosting and e-business solutions, and Net Perceptions (Nasdaq:NETP), a leading provider of precision merchandising and personalization software, today announced a strategic alliance for Integra to operate and distribute Net Perceptions' real-time personalization and data analytics software throughout Europe.

In addition, through Integra's pan-European managed web hosting capabilities, this unique agreement will make it possible for small- and medium-sized companies and major e-commerce operators to benefit from the high-end Net Perceptions' solutions for the first time. The agreement is designed to meet the enormous anticipated growth in e-commerce throughout Europe.
