Relationship Expands Net Perceptions' Reach and
Strengthens Ernst & Young's E-Business Offering
Net Perceptions, Inc. (Nasdaq: NETP), a leader in a realtime personalization and customer-focused analytics solutions, today announced that they have signed an agreement with Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest and most respected business solutions consultancies, to serve as a systems integrator of Net Perceptions' personalization technology. As part of the relationship, Net Perceptions will allow Ernst & Young to incorporate its highly respected personalization solution into Ernst & Young's overall e-business solution.
Their first project will be the development and deployment of an integrated e-commerce solution for the new e-business project of Carlson Companies. The Carlson e-commerce solution -- which integrates Net Perceptions Recommendation Engine with BroadVision, Inc.'s platform -- will provide Carlson's e-commerce effort with an expanded and more powerful e-commerce capability and deliver enhanced targeting potential to strengthen its customer relationships.
